Assist the Executive Sous Chef with the maintenance and upkeep of all kitchens on property or at off-site events, as assigned.Responsible for determining hiring needs for the department and coordinating those efforts with HR.Manage all aspects of the Stewarding Department.Train, coach and lead a diverse team to ensure all venues are clean and prepared for operation the following day.
